There are many ways you can help your toddler overcome these bedtime tantrums. One of the most effective ways to help your child with bedtime is to practice it all day.
Try A Snack
Growth spurts in children can cause them to become more hungry. Offering a snack to your toddler before bed can help them fall asleep.
Consider offering them something small, such as unprocessed meats, toast or warm milk. It should be filling but also calming. Avoid giving them foods that make them excited. A banana worked wonders for my little one.
