Target will accept unopened and unused clearance item returns. With the original receipt and within 90 days, Target will accept returns. Target RedCard customers can also return items in 120 days. Target owned brands are eligible for a one-year warranty.

Target will accept clearance products without receipts if the buyer can produce alternative proof.

Target will find your order online, if it was made via Target RedCard or Visa, Mastercard Mastercard AmEx, Discover, Personal Check, AmEx, Discover, AmEx and Discover.

Unfortunately cash purchases are not tracked.

You can also access your Target.com digital receipt to verify your purchase of clearance items purchased online or by app.

You will receive a “merchandise refund card” if you cannot provide proof of purchase.

This is only valid in-store at Target, and cannot be redeemed online at Target.com.

You will be required to show a government-issued photo ID in all cases before your return can be accepted.
