If customers wish to redeem an Amazon gift card they will find the claim number on their card. It is 14-digits long and can be found at the top of your card, with two arrows pointed up and an image of a box and a camera.

Customers must use this method to redeem Amazon gift cards:
Log in to your Amazon account and select Accounts & Lists in the top right corner. Select the “Gift Card Balance” option from the menu that appears under Your Account. Click the yellow button that says “Redeem Gift Cards” to enter your 14-digit claim code.
Customers may also use the Amazon app to redeem their gift cards. The following steps are required to access the app:
Click on the button in the Amazon app to open it. Scroll down to the Payments area and then choose “Manage your gift card balance” from the menu. Next, click on the “Redeem another credit card” option. You can either manually enter the 14-digit number or scan it using the text below the camera symbol.
Do I have to use the same Amazon gift card more than once?
Amazon gift cards may be used until the balance is either used up or until the card expires. As long as your card is valid, you can refill gift cards.
