Situations In Which You Can Return Car Batteries To Walmart

Walmart customers are allowed to return car batteries under certain conditions, as briefly explained above. These include:

If the battery is reading 12.45 volts or less. It means that the battery holds a minimum of 75% charge

Car battery not holding charge.

Your car’s battery mount is not compatible with the battery.

The battery is uninstalled or not used.

Any customer falling into one of the above categories is eligible to receive a refund/exchange within 90 days.
